Beth joined Penguin Recruitment in 2023 after graduating from Cardiff University with a BSc in English Literature. Originally from Somerset, she relocated to Swansea and has since built a strong reputation within the Geo sector, specialising in Geotechnical Engineering, Geoenvironmental Consultancy, Hydrogeology, and Ground Remediation recruitment. She works with professionals at all levels, from graduates taking their first steps in the industry through to senior leaders and directors, helping candidates identify exciting career opportunities while supporting clients in attracting and securing top talent for their teams.
