She recruits for a wide range of roles - from commercial positions such as Account Management, Business Development, and Contracts Management to technical roles including Water Hygiene Engineers, Legionella Risk Assessors, and Remedial Plumbers across the UK. Caitlin is passionate about connecting top talent with leading organisations. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and exploring new places. She loves long countryside walks and hiking along the beautiful beaches of the Gower Peninsula.
